Hali’imaile General Store is Chef Bev Gannon’s original and most award-winning restaurant located within the pineapple fields on the lower slopes of Mt. Haleakala, the world’s largest dormant volcano. The structure was built in 1925 as a general store for plantation workers, and was lovingly refurbished by Bev & Joe Gannon in 1988. This charming restaurant is provides a warm, inviting atmosphere from the moment you step onto the expansive front lanai.
